Wednesday September 11th - United Way Day of Caring - Nashua, NH
Day of Caring is a fantastic opportunity to work hard, get your hands dirty, and witness firsthand the great things non-profit agencies in the Greater Nashua area are doing! Day of Caring takes place each September. For one day, volunteers from companies in the Greater Nashua and Souhegan Valley area take the day off from work to volunteer at area non-profit organizations.

Tuesday July 30th - NH Food Bank Garden - Manchester, NH
The LaHa Cares team will be helping out in the garden as we help grow fruits and veggies for the whole state of NH. The New Hampshire Food Bank serves as the only Food Bank in the state. Every year, the Food Bank distributes over 8.5 million pounds of donated, surplus food to more than 400 food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, day care centers and senior citizen homes. These registered agencies in turn provide the food to over 143,000 different men, women and children throughout New Hampshire each year.

Friday June 21st - United Way - Nashua, NH
Hit a Home Run for Our Community at the historic Holman Stadium. A portion of every ticket sold for the Nashua Silver Knights game helped support United Way's Community Impact Fund. United Way of Greater Nashua conducts a periodic assessment, which identifies the greatest areas of need in the community. Through the Community Impact Fund, they provide funding to the best programs that fill those needs and insure that measurable outcomes are achieved.
